Wait 24 Hours to Wash
- Rinse with cold water while still tied to remove excess dye and soda ash
- Untie and continue rinsing, slowly increasing the temperature of the water until it is hot
- Add a few drops of dish soap and hand wash/rinse until the water runs mostly clear
- Machine Wash with hot water
- Hang dry or tumble on low heat
DTF Transfer
- Set your iron to the highest cotton setting with no steam.
- Pre-iron the area of the garment where you plan to place the transfer to remove wrinkles and moisture.
- Place the transfer, color-side up, on the garment in the desired location.
- Cover the transfer with parchment paper.
- Apply firm pressure with the iron for 20–30 seconds, moving slowly to cover the entire design.
- Rub the back of the film with a firm object (like a spoon) while applying pressure to help release it.
- Peel the film once finished.
- Place parchment paper back over the design and iron once more to fully set the image.
